7. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do offer shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your address is correct, and provide any necessary details to avoid delivery delays.

Due to regulations or shipping limitations, we cannot ship certain items to specific international destinations. If your order contains items that cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative shipping method.

9. Return to Sender Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. If you'd like the order to be reshipped, we will charge the shipping fee again.
